Karen is the owner and Principal Broker of Affinity Realty. She was born and raised in Windward, Oahu. She attended Kailua High School and furthered her education at the University of Hawaii at Manoa where she earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. 

Karen’s commitment to her professional is evident in her many achievements in the real estate industry. In 2007, 2012 and 2021 Karen was the recipient of the prestigious Honolulu Board of Realtors Aloha Aina Award. Karen continues to improve herself through education and has completed course requirements for several professional designations including the Certified Residential Specialist, e-Professional, Graduate Realtor Institute, and Accredited Buyer Representative. Karen is also a member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors Professional Standards and Arbitration Committee. 

Karen encompasses residential real estate in all areas of Oahu and is familiar with the different markets and neighborhoods. She specializes in building relationships and understanding the needs of people. She is knowledgeable and well-educated in residential sales, negotiations, and marketing. Throughout her professional career, Karen emphasis commitment to excellence, open communication, patience, and caring.
